Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our guests, we send out reminder emails or texts 7 days and 24 hours prior to a booked appointment and ask that should a cancellation or date change be necessary we receive a minimum of 24-hours notice. Keratin treatment appointments take several hours, so we need a 48-hour cancellation notice.

Gift Certificates
We sell gift certificates at the salon, perfect for any special occasion. Gift certificates do not include gratuity.

Pets
NC Board of Cosmetology has rules and regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon. Certified service dogs are the only exception.
Weddings | Events
Salon and onsite styling for events, weddings, prom, editorial | runway. For weddings or events please call the salon schedule a consultation or trial style.

Keratin Smoothing
We offer several different brands of keratin treatments to achieve the best silky, smooth, and shiny hair for 3-5 months. Your stylist will determine which Keratin treatment is ideal for your hair needs and expectations. Keratin treatments are best to limit frizz and may loosen curl, they do not straighten hair.
*Keratin treatment appointments take a few hours, so we need a 48-hour cancellation notice.

Color
Goldwell Color is applied to the scalp to cover grey or to revitalize existing color.

Gloss Treatment
A gloss treatment can provide 3 to 4 weeks of shine to hair.

Full highlights
Foils around the entire head—ideal for guests who frequently wear their hair up.

Partial highlights
Foils from the fringe to the crown and around the temple area.

Balayage
Hand-painted highlight technique produces a more organic natural-looking highlight.

Ombré Color
Gradual blending of color, usually darker to lighter.

Corrective Color
Used to correct home | salon color. Corrective color can require a series of appointments, to achieve the desired
outcome. *Corrective Color takes a few hours, so we need a 48-hour cancellation notice.
