Specialty: DevaCurl, Color, Short Hair
Growing up in a household with sisters the oldest being very fashionable, I was introduced to the world of fashion, and beauty, at an early age. I started my career in the beauty industry in 1978. I wanted to be taught by the best in the industry so, I attended Robert Fiancé Cosmetology school in Manhattan. I knew the type of hairstylist I wanted to become, as well as the type of salons I wanted to work at. I also knew that to accomplish my goal I had to be serious about my continuing education. This lead me to California to the Vidal Sassoon academy there I learned and understood the art of hair cutting. I still benefit from this training today. I then attended a hair weaving and wig making training at W A J wigs in Manhattan as well as I was an educator for Artec products and color, and Joico Vero color. I was also trained in Germany with Goldwell color, and attended training in Montreal Canada ,as well as the Goldwell academy in Maryland.
Recently I have received my certification for Diva Cut stylist. I am also a licensed Cosmetology School Instructor. Since 2005 I've worked at 90 degrees salon to stay current, happy, and successful you have to be inclusive and not exclusive, sharing ideas techniques, and being humble.
